Bring the plugin into your Figma design file
Open the FeatPaper plugin and select the frames you want to export as an interactive PDF.
Create an interactive PDF
You can preview your file and how dynamic contents will be added before exporting. Then click
Exportto create a sharing link to your interactive PDF.
Select interactive PDF viewer style
You can choose from different viewer styles based on your document, usecase, or taste.
Select thepresentation viewerif you are looking for a simple and classic style! Presentation viewer is well suited for presentation decks, design portfolios or prototypes.
If you are sharing your documents to customers, you can encourage engagements and contacts by selecting areport viewer. It's optimized for documents like product whitepapers, digital brochures, or sales proposals.
Other Features
Updating an existing document
The Updates feature with the timer icon tracks update records, allowing you to see when and how your document was edited! With Update button, you can update your document real-time without changing the link sent to your customers!
Customizing your own PDF viewer
Lead form : you can add a lead form to your document and collect viewer information upon opening it. Learn more about our lead form on the customizing a lead form page.
Brand Setting : you can add brand assets such as a logo, website links, or your email address. Find more about how to add logos or integrate communication channels.
Document Setting : you can limit access to your documents by adding document security features such as access control or setting viewing period. Go to the Document Setting pages to find more.
Adding dynamic contents with FeatPaper Figma Widgets
You can embed tools like Tally, Calendly, Spreadsheets, Canva, Vimeo, and more directly into your Figma design files or interactive PDFs. You can get our widgets via Tip button or on our Figma community page.
Sharing as a static PDF
If your customer needs to open a document without an internet connection, it's recommended to share it as a PDF file. FeatPaper requires an internet connection. In such cases, you can share a static PDF by selecting PDF file from the document type section.
Unlike exporting frames through Figma, exporting PDFs from FeatPaper preserves the prototypes as you originally designed them. For GIFs, FeatPaper provides links within the exported PDFs, allowing people to view the GIFs online.
