FeatPaper offers various sharing options that generate different types of links. You can choose an option based on the recipient type, expected number of recipients, and the sharing tool you're using.

Standard link is the most suitable option if you are sharing a document to public or anonymous recipients but still want to identify the visitors. When the recipient opens the link, they will be required to enter information in the lead form you've made.

You also have an option to share your document to anyone with the link, but do not collect their information. Uncheck the Activate the lead form button, and copy the link. In this case, every recipient who viewed your document will be marked as "unkown"

Dedicated link is the best option if you're sharing your document with one specific recipient. You can track the recipient's interaction and viewing data without requiring them to enter their information in the lead form. You can create a dedicated link by putting the recipient's email address in the field.

Creating a dedicated link does not restrict the viewing access to the recipient. If you want to designate visitors who can view the document, please use the Access control feature. You can learn more about Access control in this page.

You can integrate FeatPaper links in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Stibee, or Mail Merge. Insert the copied link into the email body section and it will automatically enter recipients' email address upon sharing.

If you are using an email or messaging tool that is not provided in the options, you can still integrate a FeatPaper link by creating a custom link. To create a custom link, paste the email field format of your tool into the link.
