What is a lead form?
Lead form is a survey form that appears before a visitor opens a document. You can collect visitor's personal information such as email address, name, company, and phone number.
It is a great tool to identify visitors to keep your document secure and attain more lead customers who are interested in your document!
How to customize a lead form
Customizing a lead form is simple and easy! You can customize your own lead form by adding a logo and warm greeting line and choosing the type of information you want to collect from your visitors.
Go to the
Brand Setting

Select types of information you want to collect in a lead form
Click
SAVE
to apply your settings
Changes will be automatically applied to every document when you share a standard link. If you want to customize a lead form for each document, please contact our customer support.
How it looks to your visitors
Language Setting
Your lead form will appear in either Korean or English, depending on the visitor’s browser settings. However, the headline will be displayed in the language you've written. To use the automatic translation for the headline, leave the headline field empty.

You can check the collected information on the Visitor
list in the Document Dashboard

Do visitors always need to fill a lead form to view my document?
The lead form is designed for documents shared with unknown or public recipients and is only activated with standard links. For more details on the link types, please refer to the Sharing Options page.
You also have an option to disable it by unchecking the Activate the lead form
upon sharing a standard link.
Please note that if you disable the lead form upon sharing a standard link, all visitors will be marked as "unknown".
What happens if I don't select any fields?
All visitors will be marked as "Anonymous" and you will not be able to identify individual visitors.
