Overview

Document analytics allows users to understand, analyze, and improve documents based on a real engagements, numbers, and data. It provides insights into your documents and visitors by analyzing how many visitors you had, how much they engaged with it, and which page they spent most time on.

  • Visits: visit counts during a selected period of the current version.

  • Total visits: visit counts of a total period of all versions.

  • Today’s visits: visit counts of today

Visit count is the number of times your document was viewed, and it may not be equivalent to the number of unique visitors.

Setting an analysis period

You can start analyzing by setting a time period. This is a great tool for marketing team to understand when they got most tractions and compare between the periods. You can also apply this feature for A/B tests between periods.


Analyzing by pages

Top pages

First things first, check three most important pages of your document! Analyze what were the wow points for your visitors and which page needs more works. By using the filters, you can view the most and least interacted pages for each segment type (HOT/WARM/COLD).

Interaction graph

Analyze how much time visitors spent on each page. You can interpret the customer experience and flow of how visitors view the document.

Interaction Statistics

Check general interaction level and viewing environment of your visitors. You can also check who were the top five visitors that were most interested in your document!
